Scholarship Applications. We collect a variety of personal information with application. This includes: Your name, address, email address and phone number. This information is shared with the CDB Scholarship Board of Directors to insure proper delivery of your scholarship. We use your email to communicate with you about your application and to manage our customer relationship with you. When you apply for a scholarship, you may be added to our mailing list from which you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us at info@craigdbutlerscholarship.com

How your information is used 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your payment information. We collect payment information for each donation and registration payment but we do not store payment information on CDB Scholarship servers. All personal information collected for a donation is used for the fulfillment of that order and to manage our customer relationship with you.
